WORKSHOP SIGN UP AND REFUND POLICY

Class fee is due upon sign up for any Guild workshop. If the Guild member is unable to attend the class for any reason, he/she has until 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the workshop to get a full refund from the Guild. After that point, no refunds are made. However, the Guild member may find his/her own replacement for the workshop. The Guild member may call the workshop chairmen to find out if there is a waiting list and request names of members on the waiting list. The replacement would then reimburse him/her for the cost of the class. Members have first priority for classes until 4 weeks prior to the date of the class. After that time non-members will be accepted. The workshop cost for non-members will be $10 more than the cost to members.
