    QUILT DROP OFF PROCEDURE -

All quilts (both judged and display only) should be dropped off at the Fairgrounds on Wednesday,

January 25th, 2012 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Judged quilts should be taken to

the Fine Arts Building to be checked in. Display only quilts should be taken to the Main Building (the

one that the quilt show will be in).

Please follow these instructions for easier check in:

    1) Bring the 3-part check in form (these will be available at the January Guild meeting) already

    filled out and signed.

    2) Make sure your quilt has a label with your name and the name of the quilt on it.

    3) Fold your quilt so that the label is right on top so that we can see it. Otherwise, you’ll have

to refold your quilt(s) while checking in.

    4) Sleeves: If your quilt is full size or larger, you will need a 4” sleeve on it. Quilts that are

twin size or smaller will be pinned to the background sheet so no sleeve is necessary.
